The Challenge
Proserv wanted to strengthen its internal safety culture by encouraging staff and visitors to be more aware of their surroundings and to take action when they spotted safety concerns. The goal was to create a simple, engaging way for people to report safety issues—supporting a safer workplace environment across all locations.

Our Approach
We developed a clear and impactful internal campaign centred around visual prompts and QR code functionality. The designs were bold and easy to understand at a glance, placed in key high-traffic areas to catch attention without overwhelming. QR codes were integrated into posters and signage to allow instant, on-the-spot reporting—making it easy for anyone to flag a concern. The visual language reinforced awareness while keeping messaging concise and accessible.
The Outcome
The campaign helped increase visibility around safety protocols and lowered the barrier to reporting issues. By combining practical messaging with user-friendly design, the materials supported a more proactive and engaged approach to health and safety—empowering both staff and visitors to take responsibility for maintaining a safe environment.​
