A reassurance-led national campaign designed to promote Northwood’s Guaranteed Rent Service across England, Wales and Scotland.

The Challenge

Northwood is a well-established name in property lettings, offering a Guaranteed Rent service designed to remove uncertainty for landlords. Operating in a competitive market, they needed a campaign that clearly communicated the value of the service while addressing the real concerns landlords face, from rent arrears and void periods to poor communication and legal pressure.

The challenge was to create a campaign that felt supportive and credible, not sales-driven, while working consistently across print and digital channels at a national level.

Our Approach

We developed a calm, reassurance-led creative concept built around the everyday pain points landlords experience. Each message followed a simple, repeatable structure: identify the challenge, then demonstrate how Northwood removes the stress entirely through their Guaranteed Rent service.

The visual approach was deliberately clean and relationship-driven. Clear headlines were paired with story-based visuals that felt human and familiar, helping landlords immediately recognise themselves in the scenarios. The tone was professional and supportive, avoiding negative language while still addressing genuine concerns with clarity and confidence.

The campaign was rolled out across multiple channels, including poster design, leaflet design and a suite of social media videos. The animated assets were carefully tailored for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with pacing, readability and transitions optimised for each environment to reinforce trust and reliability.

 

The Outcome

The campaign delivered a cohesive national presence that clearly positioned Northwood as a calm, stable partner for landlords. By focusing on reassurance rather than pressure, the messaging cut through a crowded market while maintaining a professional and approachable tone.

Across print and digital, the campaign highlighted clarity, stability and long-term peace of mind, reinforcing Northwood’s Guaranteed Rent service as a practical, dependable solution to real-world landlord challenges.
