A playful yet strategic recruitment campaign designed to attract talent while celebrating diversity within industry guidelines.​
THE CHALLENGE
Proserv needed a standout recruitment campaign to engage audiences on LinkedIn and attract a wide range of applicants. However, recruitment advertising, especially on global or public-facing platforms, comes with strict guidelines around representing diversity without inadvertently stereotyping or misrepresenting real individuals. The challenge was to find a creative workaround that allowed for inclusive representation, without relying on photography.


OUR APPROACH
We developed a bold, light-hearted visual concept using toy figures to represent different job roles and working environments. This playful approach offered a smart solution to the diversity challenge, enabling us to showcase a broad, inclusive cast of characters. The toy figures became a visual metaphor for building a team, reinforcing the message that there’s a place for everyone at Proserv. The campaign launched on LinkedIn as a series of engaging, shareable posts with a distinctive and consistent look and feel.
THE OUTCOME
The campaign stood out in crowded social feeds, generating positive engagement and strengthening Proserv’s employer brand in a memorable way. The creative use of toy figures struck a balance between professional and playful, capturing attention while staying compliant with recruitment advertising guidelines.​​
